Last Saturday
I had a trip out to the template , it ended up 2 people canceled on me but I went a head with the trip.It was a spectacular morning . Seas were 1 ft , after an 1 1/2 hr ride , To my surprise the water was not the normal blue water, it was blue green water ( normal water for inshore dives).
The 2 people that had on the boat were exited to get in .
We dropped in , and eased down the anchor rope ( though a school of barracudas) as I was heading down to my pleasant surprise the thermacline @50 ft there was the blue water . But I didn,t see the wreck. There were so many bait fish that they completely covered up the wreck.
We dropped though the bait fish just like going through a cloud, at 80 ft all the bait fish were above us (kinda spooky with rays of light barely coming through the bait fish. An awesome experience.
Here is a turtle that I woke up by stroking his front flipper. We got to see many types fish .
